June 02 2025: I had a major plumbing issue that resulted in 3+ hours of work....The Technician that was sent to perform the job was great, took his time to ensure the job was done right....Left my home very clean....AND, ARRIVED ON TIME.....!!!!

Sunday, July 20 2025, my air conditioner needed immediate service, called Santhoff just after 6am, yes, 6am...Spoke with Santhoff Technician about the issue, he advised me on arrival time, less than an hour, arrived less than hour..Went right to work and Repairs were made....Needless to say that I was HAPPY TO MY COMPLETE SATISFACTION...!!!!....I have used Santhoff Plumbing Services on several occasions and each time, their technicians were very knowledgeable about the issue at hand and in resolving it...They don't rush through your job just to get another job, they do yours right, once and done. On time efficient and effective

Roberto replaced a sump pump and had to do some digging. and did the work by himself and with a cheerful attitude. He made a trip to Home Depot to get a part and this was needed, but the issue was really an electrical issue rather than plumbing. This was much appreciated!

Ahodor Manasala, his assistant Mercer, his supervisor, Mike D. and the crew responsible for excavating the sewer line and back filling it did an excellent job in replaicing my sewer line (which was 70 year old) from the house to the city sewer line. Ahodor and Mike kept in constant contact with me on the progress of the project. I was very pleased with their work ethic and the job they performed.
